Hsuhan has diverse working experience having worked across multiple sectors and industries specialising in strategy, planning and research. He has worked as an architect, workplace & university campus planning, platform design, strategic communications & engagement and researcher.
His work is driven by the commitment to improving human interaction. This is defined by how the physical, virtual and social systems come together to support human work and behaviour. His current research focuses on the indicators of change across our society, for example, concepts of digitisation, computation, open sourcing and distributed frameworks are transforming our society from inside out. The aim of the research is understand how we can redefine and implement these concepts to maximise positive impact for organisations, spaces and cities.
