Luis Jaggy is Design Researcher at SUPERSPACE. His research focus is on data driven design automation, generative design and optimization, and embedding formal/systems logic within design processes.
He has lectured at the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of California, Berkeley College of Environmental Design in computational design and manufacturing, and has been a lead developer on Decod.es, a geometry kernel and platform agnostic scripting environment for designers.
Luis holds a Masters of Architecture (M.Arch) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Digital Arts and Game Development Programming from Chapman University.
Prior to receiving his M.Arch, Luis worked in special effects, motion capture, and post production for film and video game development.
